Happy Friday! Some weeks it feels like we need the weekend more than others. A great way to de-stress and make the most of your time is to fill it with new things that allow you to unplug and recharge. Explore new neighborhoods, try a new restaurant, or hike a new trail. It might feel like crashing on the couch and binging seasons of TV would be more restful. While a little bit of nothing is something good, a lot of it can come at a cost to your health.
