We are what we think

We know we can't control what others think or say about us. We can control what we put out in the universe. Any negative judgments we make about others, ourselves, and situations set up a pattern reflecting our inner voice. Our brains are designed to focus more on the negative unless we do something about it. Try this simple tip - next time you find yourself thinking something negative, instead of saying or thinking more, stop, reframe it, and look for a more practical or optimistic feature to highlight instead. Over time, you'll slowly retrain your brain to decide to see the good, not just look for the bad.
