The things we tell ourselves


The positive and the negative, most of us have some inner voice(s). That companion inside is you. Find ways to communicate with each other that enhance you. Maybe that's meditation, a happy place in your mind, or a ritual such as counting, breathing, or tuning into your senses. It's not about what you do but shifting focus to fit your needs. Don't tell the voices to go away; make them say what you need.
