Clouds come and go. Sometimes they bring rain, wind, and destruction, but other times they bring relief from drought and wildfires or cool off a sweltering day. Business decisions, like clouds, can be a challenge or an opportunity. If you get stuck on the negatives, look for perspective above the storm, where the sky is always clear. Fresh air can change your direction, but you must be willing to change your view.
