New month, new habit?

Welcome to October! Want to start this new month with a commitment to create a new habit? Set aside a specific time daily (set an alarm if needed) and develop specific tasks to keep you on course. Over the month, the tasks should become more routine. Stick with it and make a note to check in with yourself at the end of the month. Is it getting easier, or are you at least more self-aware of your progress? Did your habit bring the benefit you had hoped for? If not, adjust and repeat. Only stick with habits that create value.
