More and Less

Do you often find yourself on a path of "more?" There's a lot of "more culture" out there:

  • exercise more

  • more vitamins

  • more self-care

Chuck the noise out the window for a moment, take an inventory of your goals and values, and look at what you'd need to do more AND LESS of to get there. Sometimes, the answer isn't adding but removing the things that aren't on your path.
