Messaging matters

Messages are only effective if received as intended. Consider multiple distribution channels:

  • Email: Keep it brief, without emotion, and with clear directions.

  • Video call: share the exact details and get a visual reaction.

  • In-person: ask people to repeat it to ensure they receive it as intended.

If the message is essential, keep sharing it. It is hard to overcommunicate critical information. When in doubt, share it again.
