Making good from the bad


Enabling poor behavior is just as bad as having poor behavior. Difficult conversations and repercussions are never easy, but allowing improper conduct or justifying it undermines corporate integrity and morale. As a leader, if you are fortunate enough to be informed of negative behavior, return the favor and address it immediately.
