A key factor for success in any area of life is maintaining motivation. Fear of failure often triggers a loss of motivation and can even stop us from working towards our goals. If this resonates, try to identify what you fear and remind yourself of all you have accomplished and the many steps to get there. Developing good habits and routines with a reset plan for when you sense fear of failure, actual failure, or a loss of motivation will help you restart the steps necessary to regain motivation and conquer your goals. We can't prevent failure, but we can welcome resetting and believing in ourselves!
