When I get stuck with a problem, sometimes, I go outside and wander around the yard. It can clear my mind before I even realize it. When I return to whatever I need a break from, I often have a different perspective. The same goes for work and life. Take a meeting outside. Meet a friend somewhere new. Look for inspiration outside your usual.
